One tab, one code. Everyone taps what they had — platy24 works out who owes whom.
No signup. Your tabs stay on this device.
platy24 is a free web app for splitting a shared bill. One person creates a tab and shares its six-character code with the table; everyone else opens the link, taps what they had, and platy24 works out who owes whom — and the shortest list of payments that settles it. It does not move money and takes no cut: it is a calculator, and paying each other back stays between you.
Expenses go in three ways: typed in by hand, photographed as a receipt for the AI to read line by line, or written in plain language such as “2 beers 9, pizza 12”. Everything the AI produces is a draft you review before it is saved. Tabs work in English and Ukrainian, in hryvnia, euro, pounds or dollars.
platy24 needs no account and creates none unless you ask. Signing in with Google is optional, and it buys one thing: your tabs stop living on a single device. When you do sign in, platy24 receives your email address and the name on your Google account, and uses them only to keep your tabs available on your other devices and to show which account you are signed in as. It asks for no other Google data — no contacts, no calendar, no files. There is no analytics and no advertising anywhere in this app.
